Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026. These terms cover your use of SellFound (https://sellfound.vercel.app), a free tool that writes and checks Etsy and eBay listing drafts. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What the service is

SellFound gives you free listing tools: an AI listing generator, a listing analyzer, keyword ideas, and rewrite drafts. Some drafts are written by an AI service from the facts you type; others are built by fixed rules in your browser. The service is free, and the free tier includes 5 keyword lookups a day and 5 generations a month (generator + rewrite drafts, shared). Anonymous users get 1 free AI draft a day, then sign in with Google to keep generating.

Your content, your responsibility

  • The listing facts you type are yours. Check every line of every draft before you publish it — the AI can be wrong, and only you know your product.
  • Do not type other people's private information, and do not use the tools to copy another shop's listings or to mislead buyers.
  • You are responsible for what you publish on Etsy or eBay, not us.

No promises about results

We do not promise search rankings, sales, traffic, or income. A good listing helps; it guarantees nothing. SellFound is not endorsed by Etsy, Inc. or eBay Inc., and it does not use the Etsy API.

Fair use

  • Use the tools for real listings, not to abuse the free limits.
  • Do not try to break, overload, or bypass the site's limits or security.
  • Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

If use breaks these terms, we may limit or block access to the service.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running, but features can change, pause, or stop, and free limits can change. We are not liable for listings you publish, sales you do or do not make, or time the service is unavailable. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which on the free tier is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and important changes will be noted here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and your rights over it.
