How SellFound Works
Etsy SEO Tools
Etsy titles have a hard limit of 140 characters — fewer than 15 words is guidance, not a cap. You get 13 tag slots of up to 20 characters each, plus the category and attributes that help a listing match buyer queries.
A title within 140 characters, 13 compliant tags, and a description written only from the facts you give.
Phrase ideas built from your product facts, with a check of which ones you already use. Suggestions, not search volume.
eBay Listing Optimization
eBay titles have a hard limit of 80 characters, and there are no 13 tags on eBay. What matters instead is complete, category-specific item specifics — required, recommended, and additional — plus the identifiers buyers filter by.
An 80-character title and a description built from verified facts — brand, model, and identifiers only when they are true.
See which item specifics are missing for your category before you publish, so buyers can actually filter to your listing.
Keyword Research
SellFound builds keyword ideas from your product facts and shows relevance, intent, and where each phrase belongs — title, tag, attribute, item specific, or description. When demand data is missing, it says so: “Not measured”, never a made-up number.
Candidate phrases from your exact item noun and factual attributes — no unrelated trend terms, no keyword stuffing.
Add observations from Etsy Marketplace Insights or eBay Product Research and they are shown with their source, period, and confidence. Without evidence, demand stays unmeasured.
Listing Analyzer
Paste a title, tags, and description. SellFound checks them against Etsy's and eBay's own published rules and reports four separate scores — rule compliance, search-match readiness, buyer confidence, and data confidence — with the exact rule and reason for each.
An A–E grade against the real rules — title length, tags, description, photos, and specifics — in plain words.
Rule compliance, search-match readiness, buyer confidence, and data confidence are scored separately, so a good grade never reads as a ranking prediction.
Competitor Research
Compare public, active listings side by side: their titles, attributes, and price ranges, and the content gaps your listing could fill. Public and manual data only — no scraping behind logins, no copied wording, no fake competitor analytics.
Snapshot comparable public listings and spot what yours is missing — attributes, specifics, or detail buyers expect.
Performance Tracking
Record impressions, visits, clicks, orders, and revenue from your own shop stats, or import them by CSV. Compare a baseline period with the period after a change. Every comparison carries the honest limit: a change in numbers does not prove the SEO change caused it.
Manual entry and CSV import only. Your numbers stay yours — SellFound never invents marketplace metrics.
What the score means
SellFound scores check whether a listing follows the marketplace's published rules and covers the facts buyers search for. They do not control marketplace algorithms, and they do not guarantee traffic, rankings, or sales. Ranking also depends on relevance, listing quality, shop and customer-service factors, and personalized context that no tool can see. A good score means the listing is ready — not that it will rank first.
Honest limits. No fake numbers. No copied tags. No invented sizes or prices. Drafts use only the facts you give. Check every line before you publish.
Why SellFound
Etsy and eBay are checked against their own rules — 140 characters and 13 tags for Etsy, 80 characters and item specifics for eBay. Never one generic output for both.
Missing data reads “Not measured”. Estimates are labeled “Estimated”. Real evidence is shown with its source, period, and confidence.
Drafts use only what you type. Unknown values stay blank or become questions — never invented measurements or promises.

Yes. The free tier includes the listing generator, analyzer, keyword ideas, and rewrite drafts: 5 keyword lookups a day and 5 generations a month (generator + rewrite drafts, shared). Anonymous users get 1 free AI draft a day, then sign in with Google to keep generating. No card required.
From your words only. Sometimes AI writes the draft from your words; sometimes fixed rules do. Every result says which one wrote it. Nothing is copied from other shops.
SellFound currently generates keyword ideas from your product facts. It does not yet connect to Etsy Marketplace Insights or eBay Product Research. Those official seller tools provide demand or sales evidence; you can add/import those observations into SellFound. We never invent search volume.
Not yet. For now, copy the draft and paste it into your shop yourself. You stay in control of every change.
No. SellFound checks listing readiness — it does not control marketplace algorithms and does not guarantee traffic, rankings, or sales. A good listing helps; it guarantees nothing.
